Sherry
Krum has been an Annapolis resident since the early 80’s. She
lives and works in the community providing knowledge and
practical skills to the ongoing relationship with food and our
bodies. Sherry is a graduate of the chef training program of the
Natural Gourmet Institute for Food and Health located New York
City, 1998. Sherry’s training is broad in healing foods and
their relationship to mind, body functions. She is trained in 5
phase whole food balancing, vegetarianism, spa cookery, juicing,
macrobiotics, gourmet whole food cooking and cooking to support
many other ailments. Her constant attention to detail and
passionate feeling toward organics and local produce give her
the basis for providing her clients a positive and comfortable
plan of attack to change their individual and family food
choices.
Sherry
is not a medical doctor or a nutritionist. She provides support
to help implement the food guidelines provided by a holistic
practitioner.
Sherry

individual basis, family basis or in a group setting. She gives
