Sample Menus:

Apple cider chicken served with sweet potato fries, tri-colored slaw, finished with chocolate chip cookies

Papilotte of tilapia served with brown rice salad dressed with lemon lime vinaigrette, steamed dandelion greens, finished with a lemon tart in a pressed nut crust

For starters, Apple squash soup, followed by pressure cooked pork sausage & sour kraut, side fresh mesclun greens salad with a miso vinaigrette

Coconut chicken and basmati rice, served with pineapple red onion relish, collards spaghetti, salad greens with avocado herb dressing, finished with a wheat free gingerbread cake drizzled with brown rice syrup nut cream

Lamb curry served over brown rice & baby spinach with julienne potatoes, pear chutney with dates and pecans, finished with expresso cookies

Spiced rubbed pork tenderloins, roasted golden fall vegetables, red cabbage slaw with maple mustard dressing, pear & ginger slump

Sherry is a graduate of the chef training program of the Natural Gourmet Institute for Food and Health located New York City, 1998.
